The Sinclair Building

The Sinclair Building Serviced Apartments, offers a varied range of apartments to suit every need.

Each spacious apartment is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and offers one or two bathrooms, depending on the size of apartment selected.

The apartments also come with large flat screen TV, access to streaming services and complementary WIFI.

This award-winning property is only a 10-minute walk to the University buildings and Hospitals. It is also just a short walk to the City Centre with its various shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 24/48hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite Hours are between 22.00 and 09.00.
