Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in is available after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services.
For late check in, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process, late check in has a cost of €20 from 7 pm to 9 pm, and €30 from 9 pm to midnight.
Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box.
A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200€, T1-300€, T2-400€, T3-500€. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment.
For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of EUR 5.
