The East Frisian Island of Norderney is part of the Wadden Sea National Park, and is easily explored on foot or by bicycle. Norderney Ferry Port is a 5-minute drive away.

The hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are six steps at the entrance to the building that must be overcome.

Norderney Island is partially car free.

The schedule for Norderney’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides.

The travel time from Norddeich Ferry Port to Norderney Island is approximately 50 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Norddeich Ferry Port, which has a large car park.
