Guests remove their shoes at the entrance, and use a kimono and Japanese socks within the hotel. The hotel has a quiet “listening room” for musical enjoyment and a relaxed library. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

A Japanese breakfast and multi-course kaiseki dinner are served at the restaurant. The Bar pours drinks at a long counter made from a single tree.
