Bookings for 6 rooms or more than 10 beds are considered group bookings and different cancellation and payment policies may apply.

Malacuna Manchester is pet friendly. Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. A pet fee may apply.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Otherwise we won't be able to provide accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted.
If food or drinks are brought from outside of Malacuna Manchester, food and drink may not be consumed in common areas, except for the common kitchen.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early arrivals may be accommodated, subject to availability. This can be arranged with a member of the team for an additional £15.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out time is by 11am. Late check-out may be requested with a member of the team for an additional £15 until 1pm.
Towels: To support our sustainability efforts, we encourage guests to bring their own towels. However, if needed, towels are available upon request for a hire fee of £4 each, subject to availability. Please ensure the towels are returned on departure to avoid an additional charge of £4. Towels are available free on request to guests in private rooms.
Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping is provided by default. Long-stay guests (more than 7 nights) can request this service with a member of the team on-site. Additional fees may apply.
