Orchard Club (formerly Newton House)’s award-winning breakfasts are made using fresh local ingredients that are in season. This includes free-range eggs and bacon, smoked salmon, homemade granola, fruit compotes and preserves.

The spacious guest sitting-room features orchard themed decor and Georgian period detailing.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and each has a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with shower and free toiletries.

York is a 30-minute drive from Orchard Club, and the Yorkshire Dales National Park can be reached in 45 minutes by car. The A1M is a 5-minute drive from the guest house and the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate is a 10-minute drive away.

Car parking space is limited in the property courtyard and cannot be guaranteed. Alternative on-street parking is available close by, as well as a long stay car park
