From North and South: leave the M6 motorway at junction 43, then take the A69 road signposted Carlisle City Centre. Drive all the way towards city centre and then take the left after Papa John's on to Cecil Street.

- From East: A69 road signposted Carlisle City Centre. Follow all the way toward city centre and then take the left just after Papa John's pizza onto Cecil Street.

Free parking, car park English Gate Plaza South is located at the back of the hotel, please use the postcode CA1 1NT , entrance via Portland Place or Cecil Street.
