Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0-6 years. Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast only when a rate inclusive of breakfast has been booked.
For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.
Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent.
This document should include:
- Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.
- Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).
Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay
Kindly note that the property only accepts payments by credit or debit card and cannot take cash. For advance purchase rates where payment has been taken prior to arrival, please ensure you present the debit/credit card used for payment upon check-in.

All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in.
Public parking is available at the Q Park nearby. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance, and the hotel can offer a 40% discount on rates.
Pentahotels has a strict no-smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. Smoking in non-smoking units will incur an additional charge of GBP 250.
