We hope with this measure to protect you and protect us and we intend to create an environment of tranquility and confidence that is very necessary when you travel.
Apartments are cleaned before arrival and although a cleaning service is not included in the rate, guests can request this service for an additional cost. Apartments are equipped with cleaning products. There is no fee for the end of stay clean.
To finalize the reservation a member of staff will contact the guest.
Guests are then asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment. Here, guests will be met by a member of staff who will hand over the keys to the apartment and answer any questions the guests may have.
