Welcome to your residence! Upon arrival, our reception team will provide you with electronic access cards, allowing you to reach your apartment easily.
Please note that this residence is designed to offer a private and independent experience rather than traditional hotel services. There are no porters and no room service, so you can enjoy your stay in complete freedom, just like at home.
Reception opening hours are subject to change, so we strongly recommend contacting the residence before your arrival. You will find the contact details on your booking confirmation.
After booking, you may request a specific location for your accommodation by calling the residence. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.
For any invoice request, the invoice will be issued under the name indicated on the reservation.
Your stay includes the following services: beds made upon arrival, bed and bath linen, two bathrobes, basic Wi-Fi access, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen, dishes, and cookware), as well as a cleaning kit.
Please be aware that if the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the property policies, the residence reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification to the reservation may also incur additional charges.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:45 PM. Please note, however, that the indoor pool is closed until the end of January 2026 due to renovation work. During this period, the heated outdoor pool and the spa remain open.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €15 per night, €100 per week, or €200 for stays of 14 nights or more.
Reception opening hours (excluding French school holidays) are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Finally, please be informed that improvement works will take place within the residence from 15 September 2025 until 26 February 2027, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (excluding school holidays and weekends). During this period, you may notice scaffolding and experience occasional construction noise. We are doing everything possible to minimize any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.Deze accommodatie accepteert geen vrijgezellenfeesten en soortgelijke evenementen.
Laat van te voren weten wat je verwachte aankomsttijd is. Tijdens het boeken kun je het veld Speciale Verzoeken gebruiken, of je kunt rechtstreeks contact opnemen met de accommodatie met de contactgegevens in de boekingsbevestiging.
Gasten zijn verplicht om een geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto en een creditcard te tonen bij het inchecken. Houd er rekening mee dat alle Speciale Verzoeken afhankelijk zijn van beschikbaarheid en mogelijk extra kosten met zich meebrengen.
Gasten onder de 18 jaar kunnen alleen inchecken met een ouder of officiële voogd.
