For bookings of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply.
Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel.
A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment. It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.
