1) At check-in, guests are authorizing the property to place a hold on their credit card for full nightly room charges (rate + tax) and an additional 30% hold for incidentals. Upon check-out, guests are charged for their stay (room + tax). The 30% incidental hold will be released, if after check-out, the room has been inspected and cleared of additional cleaning fee, missing and/or damages, etc. Please note, the incidental release may take 7 to 10 business days to take effect. A $200.00 security deposit is required for cash paying guests.
2) Office Hours: The office is open 7 days a week from 08:00 am to 19:00. If a guest will be checking in after office hours, please call the after hours assistance at 760-765-1420.Gasten zijn verplicht om een geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto en een creditcard te tonen bij het inchecken. Gasten onder de 18 jaar kunnen alleen inchecken met een ouder of officiële voogd.
