Please note:
-Guests are invited to complete the check-in online form , 24 hrs prior to their arrival, using the link sentwith the confirmation of the reservation, proceeding with the info requested,( ID, document)
-Check-in from 15.00, taken care of by Venicevillas, which will provide the necessary info to get the keys, in order to get in at any chosen time.
Property will be available to assist up to 22.00 hrs, and after that ,only in case of emergency.
No prepayment is requested on arrival, given the fact that on the online check-in form, details of Credit/Debit Card will be asked to be provided.
A preauthorisation for the 100 EUR for the Damage deposit will be required.
Guests are kindly invited not to leave bags of rubish behind, out or inside the premises as collection of rubish is being done only during mornings in Venice, with the exception of Sundays.
