Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :
30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking by the hotel.
Cancellation terms:
In case of partial cancellation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancellation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.
Total conditions:
• Group cancellation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancellation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancellation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
Partial conditions:
• Cancellation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
