Guests must pre-book at a cost of €20 per person for 60 Minutes at The Vitality Suite with Hydrotherapy Pool and Steam Room.

Kent Train Station, Cork Bus Station, Cork Opera House, Nano Nagle Place, Crawford Art Gallery, Shandon Bells and St. Fin Barre's Cathedral are all under a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Cork Airport is just a 10-minute drive from the Imperial.

The hotel does not have a car park but there is parking available for an additional fee in a private car park located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Street parking is free of charge from 18:30 to 08:30 Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.
