This property offers online self check-in only.
In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply.
To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This non-refundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.
Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM.
A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain non-refundable.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
