The free shuttle only operates from the hotel to the airport. It is available between the following times:
- Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00.
Please note that it is not possible to use the shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel.
Regarding free shuttle from the hotel to Geneva airport, we inform you that drops off will be done on the French side.
Please note that the payable private indoor car park has a height limit of 210 cm.
Please note that the name on the credit card and photo identification must match the name on the booking reservation. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation.
All guests staying at the property must provide a photo identification at check-in.
End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 4 nights. A cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost. A weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 8 nights or more and includes a change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 5 to 7 nights, a cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost.
