Budget Flats are located in a quiet residential area in Anderlecht, 5 km from the centre of Brussels and 10 minutes' walk from the Westland Shopping Centre. They include a free on-street parking. The residence offers free WiFi.

The Budget Flats are equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave. They have a seating area with TV and include a spacious bathroom.

The complex of Budget Flats Brussels is located near Astrid Park and offers easy connection to Brussels-South Train Station. The Atomium is just over a 10-minute drive away.

Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not travelling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.

Express check-in (key pickup from a safe) is possible when arriving after the general check-in hours. Express check-in is possible on 18:00 to 23:30. Guests will receive the check-in instructions that contain the codes to access the building and the keys, including the contact information of our residence manager. Please inform the accommodation of the expected time of arrival.
