Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted unless the hotel receives written permission from their parent or legal guardian.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces, and a reservation of a parking space is required.
A temporary hold (pre-authorization) will be placed on a customer's credit card prior to arrival to ensure there are sufficient funds available (first night value) to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the transaction is declined.
Reservations are charged in local currency - CZK - using the internal exchange rate as set by the property. Bear in mind that your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
