In case of early departure, full payment for the reservation will be requested.

A deposit of € 150.00 is required upon arrival to cover any damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to an inspection to assess if any damage has occurred.
Bed sheets and towels are provided, but they will not be changed during your stay.
There is no cleaning service, and cleaning products are not supplied.
Not all apartments have a lift.
Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartments.
