The Bear Hotel by Greene King Inns

The Bear Hotel is a historic inn set in the charming market town of Hungerford in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the property is only 15 minutes’ drive from the M4 motorway.

An private bathroom, TV and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in each room at The Bear, and some have balconies which overlook Bear Island.

A selection of traditional favorites is served in the on-site restaurant, along with a fine wine list and cask-conditioned ales. There is also a function site which holds 80 guests and can be used for weddings and other special occasions.
