This family-run, country hotel lies in the center of the village of Wiesenbronn, at the foot of the Steigerwald, in the wine-growing region of Lower Franconia. Guests enjoy free WiFi, a restaurant serving regional and seasonal cuisine, as well as wines from the house vineyard.

The Landhotel und Weingasthof Schwarzer Adler belongs to the Neubauer family and has been family-run for 5 generations since 1863.

The Schwarzer Adler provides an beautiful base for wonderful hikes in the surrounding countryside characterized by forests or vineyards. You can go cycling along the Main, or make convenient day-trips to Würzburg, Rothenburg or Nuremberg.

The bright and cozy rooms are all located in the Landhotel, and can be easily reached by elevator. The historic vintner's house is to the rear of the hotel and offers charming rooms in the standard category.

Get your day off to a perfect start with the buffet breakfast, and be sure to try the hotel’s own home-made jams. The restaurant serves seasonal Franconian cuisine which is prepared from fresh, local ingredients. Round off your meals with a wine from the house vineyard or the region, or enjoy the inner courtyard in summer.

Thanks to its function rooms, the Schwarzer Adler is also a suitable venue for hosting business events and family occasions.

Check-in on Sundays from 16:00, Check-in on Mondays or between 00:00 and 07:00 from Tuesday to Sunday is possible only upon prior arrangement with the hotel.

Please note that the single room and the double room are not reachable by the elevator.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If Mondays are public holidays the restaurant is open on that day, but closed on Wednesday. On all other days, guests are kindly asked to make a reservation.
