York Place Apartments by Destination Edinburgh

York Place self-catering Apartments are set within a converted Georgian town house, in the city center of Edinburgh offering modern apartments in Edinburgh city center, 3 minutes' walk from the shopping district of Princes Street and 1 min walk from the St James Quarter.

There are private bath and shower rooms with soap, hair & body shampoo, toilet rolls, and towels. The apartments also feature lounges, dining areas and kitchens with tea, coffee, sugar, soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, and rubbish bags.

Each fully-equipped kitchen within York Place Apartments has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Towels and linen are included, and travel cots and high chairs can be requested.

Located in Edinburgh’s New Town, Edinburgh Castle is just a 15-minute walk away, and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is just over 5 minutes' walk away. The nightlife district of George Street is just 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments.

This means we meet all planning, health and safety, insurance and other general conditions set by Edinburgh Council for short term lets. Please make sure you stay at a licensed premises.

Parties/events are not allowed.

The property cannot accept bookings from local residents.

Minimum Age of Lead Booker (and person staying) must be 25.

The apartments are fitted with noise aware sensors and have 24-hour security.

All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown.

Your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a York Place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 York Place. These are all separate apartment blocks/entrances
Please note that there are no elevators and there are a number of stairs to the Deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the Three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. These apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties.

There is no parking at the apartments, parking is best at the Omni Q car park on Greenside Row, reservation is needed and charges apply. Details are sent once booked with us to receive a 40% discount on the 24-hour ratePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
