When booking for 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Please note that payment must be from the original card. If the card holder will not be present at the time of check-in please contact the hotel directly to arrange payment.
When reservations are made, the name of the card and name of the guest who is booking the room must be same.
Payment on arrival: Guest must bring a card and pay with chip and pin.
Photo ID for every guest will be required or the property will not be able to check-in the guests. Both guests must have photo identifications (for example 2 people per room).
Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at £20. Guests are requested to confirm with the reception in advance. Standard check-out time remains 11:00 AM.
Pay at hotel is available only via card payments (Credit Card, Debit Card). Cash payments are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
