In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged.

For group bookings, a deposit is required, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of check-in. The refund of the deposit will be made after the inspection of the accommodations at check-out, provided that the room conditions are in compliance.
Requests for Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out are subject to availability on the day of check-in/check-out and may incur additional costs.

Minors not accompanied by their parents/legal guardians must present an appropriate declaration, as required by current legislation.
