Please note that the reception is only open from 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 19:00 each day.
For late check in, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process. Late check in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm , and €30 from 9 pm to midnight.
Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box.
A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200€, T1-300€, T2-400€, T3-500€. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment.
For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of EUR 5. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year.
The apartments cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
