1) At check-in, guests are authorizing the property to place a hold on their credit card for full nightly room charges (rate + tax) and an additional 30% hold for incidentals. Upon check-out, guests are charged for their stay (room + tax). The 30% incidental hold will be released, if after check-out, the room has been inspected and cleared of additional cleaning fee, missing and/or damages, etc. Please note, the incidental release may take 7 to 10 business days to take effect. A $200.00 security deposit is required for cash paying guests.
2) Office Hours: The office is open 7 days a week from 08:00 am to 19:00. If a guest will be checking in after office hours, please call the after hours assistance at 760-765-1420.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
