The Hotel Kima is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful residential building from the early 20th century. All rooms are nonsmoking and feature a TV and desk. Wi-Fi is also available.

Breakfast is provided each morning at the Hotel Kima.

Adenauerplatz Underground Station is just a 6-minute walk from Hotel Kima. There are good bus connections to Berlin’s ICC exhibition center and Tegel Airport.

Hotel Kima is close to the Kurfürstendamm exit of Berlin's A100 motorway.

As we do not have a 24-hour reception, we ask you kindly to inform us of your arrival time.
An extra charge of € 15,00 will be charged for arrivals after 22:00 but not later as at 23:00. If you are coming later as 22:00, call us, please, ca 30 min. before arrival. Our staff comes and lets You come into the hotel.
After 23:00 check in is not possible.

Guests arriving later than 21:00 must contact the hotel in advance.

Guests booking at the last minute without credit card details must check in by 22:00 or notify the hotel in advance about their exact arrival time.

A surcharge of 15 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
