Arctic Boutique Hotel Northcape (Havly) is a different and exciting hotel, having been originally a shelter created by the Lutherans who welcomed the passing fishermen and visitors in town, offering them food and shelter as well as access to education and religious ceremonies in the chapel - now known as a Havly restaurant.
