Located at 1,200 metres above sea level, the hotel is right next to the hiking trails in summer and the ski slope in winter.

From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Sommercard is included in the rate and offers free access to local cable cars, lifts and buses as well as other benefits in the region.
